• Prefabricated insulated wall panels will be mounted to the noisy room wall with acoustical doors and louvers.
• It can be used when it is necessary to suppress noise pollution from machinery.
• Most of our acoustical wall panels, doors and louvers are completed at our factory and are installed in the customer place.
• Site evaluations are carried out to determine the type of insulation required.
• Equipment such as presses, foundry shake-out machines, nail making machines, and granulators require an inlet and outlet for entry and exit of the product.
• These openings need attenuation to minimize noise emission.
• Fans emitting considerable noise through the casing will also need to be enclosed and therefore penetrations will need to be provided for the air inlet and outlet.
• A small ventilation fan may be needed to remove the electric motor heat.
• Available wall thikness from 100 to 300 mm.
